Site Inspection

1. Site Inspection

All debris and rust is removed and the inside of the existing tower leg is grouted pre-install.

Drilling Pilot Holes

2. Drilling Pilot Holes

A drilling template is laid down, then pilot holes are drilled into existing concrete foundation.

3. Plate Install

The steel interface is installed on the tower leg, Hilti anchors are then inserted into the foundation.

4. Testing

Hilti anchors are then tension tested to a specified load. failure to pass will require additional sitework.

5. Grouting

Bypass solution is fully grouted, including the tower leg to prevent any future corrossion.

6. Site Completion

Tower can be fully restored within 2-4 days, extending lifespan of failing towers for years to come.
